You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only and not to infringe the rights of others or cause them harm. Use for any illegal or publicly offensive activity is strictly prohibited.

3. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are final once confirmed and paid. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the policies of the relevant airlines and hotels; additional fees may apply.

4. Liability

Al-Azm acts as an intermediary between users and service providers. We are not liable for delays or cancellations by airlines or hotels, nor for any indirect losses.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Al-Azm — including text, images, logos, and designs — is protected by intellectual property law and may not be reused without prior written permission.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. The courts of London shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.
